Attendance Type Examples for Billable and Non-Billable

Attendance types

After each session, you will choose from one of the six options from the Drop-Down Menu:

Billable events should not overlap. If you see more than one student together, please refer to Schedule group sessions to enter the event as a group session.

 If a billable event is canceled due to Late Cancel or No Show and another session needs to be put in the newly open time, the missed session should be changed to a non-billable attendance type with the information as to why the event was actually canceled added in the documentation note. Then, another event can be scheduled in its place.
