How to Add/Remove Goals on a Student Treatment Plan
Add student goals
Once student services are added, you will add student goals. Student goals are entered as they are listed on the student’s IEP. New goals are entered annually as new IEPs are created.
- Click on Users and locate student
- Click on Student Name to open Student Profile
- Click on Treatment Plans
- Click on the More/Arrow icon to the left of the student service line.
- Select Add Goal.

- Select Goal Type.
- Trials. Trials are checkboxes that allow you to mark the exact number of trials attempted and the exact number of trials the student correctly produced.
- Percentage. Percentage is a sliding bar that allows you to enter the percentage of accuracy that the student achieved during their session.
- Enter the goal from the student’s IEP into the Description box.

- Click Save.
